Shotcrete Technician-for vertical applications of dry mix shotcrete. Work will include applying shotcrete on rock surfaces accessed at ground level, from a manlift or by rope access techniques. Applicant must be familiar with preparation for shotcrete installation including steel reinforcement, drainage, thickness indicators and removal of loose material. Associated work may include rock scaling, rock drilling, grouting and installing steel mesh. Experience with these tasks a plus but not required.
Current Shotcrete Nozzleman Certification required for dry mix shotcrete. Travel is a job requirement. Travel may include up to 8 weeks away from the office. Work sites may be all over the US and Caribbean. OSHA 10 hour safety training required. MSHA and other safety certifications are a plus. EEO. Required to have valid US work documents for working at various secure state and federal locations.

Ameritech Slope Constructors, Inc. is a geotechnical contractor specializing in slope stabilization and rockfall mitigation. We install soil nails, rock bolts, rockfall barriers and drapes, high strength mesh for stabilization, shotcrete and perform rock scaling and high angle drilling.
Ameritech is located in the southeast but performs work in the continental US, Hawaii and the Carribean.
